How do you post?
We currently use Australia Post for Australia. For International orders we use Australia Post.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders received by 9am Monday to Friday will ship the same day with the exception of gift boxes which are dispatched separately. If you require your biscuits urgently please e-mail us at eat@franjoskitchen.com.

Do you post internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide! Please email eat@franjoskitchen.com for a shipping quote. Delivery may be delayed due to Covid19 and take up to 10+ business days from the date your item is shipped. 

Franjo’s Kitchen is not responsible for any customs fees or duties which may be incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Do you do gift certificates?
Absolutely! A gift voucher for Tanker Toppers is such a wonderful present to give a new mum. Please e-mail us with your request and we will send you a beautiful gift card to pass on. To redeem the gift, the recipient will just need to refer to the gift certificate (including name and number) in the comments section on our shop page and we’ll do the rest!
